•10:30 a.m. Round One of Judging Begins

Saturday, September 28, 2013
•10:00 a.m. Round Two of Judging
•11:45 a.m. Final Round of Judging
•12:30 p.m. Announcement of the 2013 Federal Duck Stamp Contest Winner
